I designed this site and wrote the code way back in 2009-10? or so.
I want to show it here as a way to establish my over all approach to web design.
This site was done in HTML 1.0 transitional and CSS 1 and some CSS2.
I did not use WordPress or any CMS as it did not seem necessary at that time.
A local author had a book on his experience as a cop in Bloomington. I was going to read it but never did but that was not necessary to do a quick site job here.
