Goal build a *IDX web portal.
MLS feed to web site that is responsive and looks great on phones and tablets. I designed and developed this site on the Genesis framework with WordPress as the core. I am responsible for the MLS integration code, this is a type of code I can do with or without a IDX service and plugin. A IDX service does eliminate some of the heavy lifting however A person still needs a high level of understanding of this system.
There are MLS based sites that do not want to partner with a third party for example *IDX Broker, Thats ok with Nilles! I do not need any help hooking up your MLS to your web site and maintaining it!
This MLS feed to a realtors web site allow’s a strong lead generation system for the agent. Many agents just work with the corporate sites or broker sites offered. A agent who sets up a private MLS based site has a distinct advantage. All search traffic is captured for that agent and all leads can be gathered and managed by the agent and the site can even be monetized in several other ways. It’s a win win once a realtor understands the full potential.

Designed and developed this using WordPress and the Genesis framework. It meets WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
I use CSS3 HTML5 standard PHP hooks and filters and some custom functions. A professional set of plugins and 1 custom plugin I created.
Fully responsive with media queries and SEO ready.
I created the logo and all custom graphics for web and print.
Currently I am working on this site progressing in stages. I am working to build out a user flow using SEO and A/B testing. More than 90% of all home buyers and sellers use the internet now. Zillow integration used here as well.
Ultimately this will help generate more leads, buyers and sellers for the agent.
